Persepsi Kepuasan Wisatawan di Telaga Ngebel, Ponorogo

Obyek wisata unggulan Kabupaten Ponorogo yaitu Telaga Ngebel dihadapkan pada tantangan untuk dapat menarik hati para wisatawan, oleh karena itu diperlukan suatu penelitian perilaku wisatawan untuk mengetahui respon wisatawan melalui analisis kepuasan konsumen.
      Tujuan penelitian  untuk mengidentifikasi produk wisata yang ada; mengetahui persepsi  wisatawan terhadap produk wisata yang ditawarkan; menganalisis tingkat kepuasan wisatawan terhadap fasilitas yang ditawarkan; menganalisis faktor dominan dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk berkunjung ke Telaga Ngebel. Analisis data menggunakan Analisis Deskriptif kualitatif, CSI, IPA dan uji Charles Spearman’s rho.
      Produk wisata yang ditawarkan ialah iklim sejuk, perpaduan bentang alam telaga dan pesona pemandangan yang indah (alam pegunungan, perbukitan dan  hutan hujan tropis); Pemancingan ; Tempat bermain anak-anak ; Mengelilingi telaga dengan perahu, speed-boat ; Flying-fox. Sebesar 38,03% wisatawan mengharapkan segera memperbaiki sarana tempat bermain anak-anak, pembenahan dan tata letak lokasi pemancingan 22,54%, perlu penambahan jumlah toilet (15,49%), transportasi dari dan keluar kawasan 70,83%, pelebaran dan perbaikan akses/jalan masuk ke kawasan 20,83%.  Tingkat kepuasan berdasarkan IPA terdapat 24 variabel yang perlu diberi prioritas utama dalam upaya pengembangan ialah perluasan areal parkir, penambahan jumlah gasebo, kebersihan&kenyamanan gasebo, keserasian letak gasebo,  penambahan unit toilet, kebersihan toilet, keamanan dari penularan penyakit, ketertiban, kenyamanan toilet&keserasian penempatan letak toilet, kebersihan bibir telaga, penanganan sampah, keamanan dari bahaya penularan penyakit, sumber pencemaran: rumahtangga, rumah makan, penambahan jenis atraksi, pengembangan obyek wisata, pengelola obyek wisata, pengelolaan obyek wisata, peraturan khusus pengunjung, promosi, kemudahan memperoleh informasi, Pengaturan tata letak sarana dan prasarana, sistem instalasi listrik, kebersihan dalam penyediaan jajanan&sarana penunjang, jasa angkutan umum sekitar kawasan. Berdasarkan analisis CSI wisatawan dalam kondisi Cukup Memuaskan (65,29%). Berdasarkan sosio-demografi prioritas utama ialah lima variabel:  penambahan unit toilet, kebersihan bibir telaga, penanganan sampah, pengembangan obyek wisata, kemudahan memperoleh informasi. Faktor dominan yang memengaruhi keputusan wisatawan berkunjung ke Telaga Ngebel dari tingkat kepuasan wisatawan ialah Keamanan kendaraan wisatawan, Pelayanan petugas parkir, Ketersediaan air bersih, Kesan dan kenyamanan dari kegiatan selama berkunjung, Keterlibatan masyarakat dalam penyediaan jasa: penyewaan tikar, makanan dan minuman.  Faktor dominan yang memengaruhi keputusan wisatawan untuk berkunjung berdasarkan tingkat kepentingan ialah Keamanan kendaraan wisatawan.

       The aims of this research are to identify tourist product in Telaga Ngebel; to know tourist perception towards tourist product which is offered  by Telaga Ngebel management; to analysis tourist satisfaction rank towards facility which is offered by Telaga Ngebel management; to analysis dominance factors for making a decision to visit Telaga Ngebel.  The research will be conducting at Telaga Ngebel, Ngebel Village, Ngebel District, Ponorogo Residence in January until March 2011.  Samples were collected from average tourist visitors for a week are 1.751 tourist and used Slovin methode with 10 percents error there were 95 samples.  This research will using Descriptive Analysis; Consumers Satisfaction Index (CSI); Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) and Spearman’s rho test.
Tourism products which offered are the cool climate, landscape and the charm of the scenery beautiful lake includes natural mountains, hills and tropical rain forest; untapped tourist attraction is the warm springs, waterfalls imprompt due to landslides and water-color; Fishing ; playground for children; Surrounding the lake by boat, speed-boats; Flying-fox.  Perception of tourists to the tourism product that offered up to 38.03% expect immediately repair the children's play area, revamping the fishing location and layout  22.54%, need the addition of toilets at 15.49%, transportation and exit from the region amounted to 70.83%, widening and improvement of access/ entrance to Lake Ngebel object region at 20.83%. Level of satisfaction based on analysis of IPA there are 24 variables that need to be given top priority in efforts to develop tourism area is the expansion of the parking area, increasing the number gazebo, cleanliness and comfort gazebo, the harmony of the location gasebo, additional toilet units, toilet cleanliness, security of disease transmission, comfort and harmony toilet; toilet placement location, cleanliness aside of the lake, waste management, safety from danger of disease transmission, the source of pollution: households, restaurants, additional types of attractions / activities, tourism development, tourism managers, the management object tours, special rules for visitors, promotion, ease of obtaining the information, setting the layout of facilities and infrastructure, electrical installation systems, snacks and hygiene in the provision of support facilities (restaurants, shopping centers / markets, souvenir shops), public transport services in around the area. Based on the analysis of CSI overall traveler satisfaction obtained under conditions Quite Satisfactory (65.29%).
Based on the socio-demographic scale tourist priority in development efforts there are five variables is the addition of a toilet unit, edge of lake hygiene, waste management, tourism development, ease of obtaining information. Dominant factor influencing the decision of tourists visiting natural attractions Ngebel Lake consists of five variables of level of satisfaction are the Security tourist vehicles, the parking attendant services, availability of clean water, Impression and comfort of the activities during the visit, the community's involvement in the provision of services: rental of mats , food and beverages. The dominant factors that influence the decision of tourists to visit based on the level of interest is the safety of tourists vehicles.
